The Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) has reprimanded the chief secretaries of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana over the delayed pension payments to retired IFS officer Tej Singh Kardam. The tribunal dismissed Telangana’s exemption petition and directed both chief secretaries to appear on July 18 to resolve the eight-year-old inter-state dispute.
