31 workers were safely rescued from an industrial tunnel under construction in Wilmington, Los Angeles, after a partial collapse. The Los Angeles Fire Department deployed over 100 personnel, including Urban Search and Rescue teams, to the site on North Figueroa Street, the tunnel’s only entry point.
