Near the Chanderkot Langer site, five buses in a convoy of Amarnath pilgrims collided on the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway, resulting in minor injuries to 36 pilgrims. The incident occurred around 8 am as the buses traveled from Jammu to Pahalgam. Injured pilgrims received immediate medical attention at Ramban district hospital, and alternative transportation was arranged for their onward journey.
