Following Sunjay Kapur’s sudden death, Jeffrey Mark Overly has been appointed Chairman of Sona Comstar. Kapur’s ex-wife, Karisma Kapoor, and their children will not inherit his business stake or personal assets. However, they are provided for through bonds and property, while Kapur’s wife, Priya Sachdev, becomes a non-executive director at Sona Comstar.
