Google has introduced Gemini Robotics On-Device, a new model designed for robots to operate without internet connectivity. Building on the Gemini Robotics VLA model, it offers general-purpose dexterity and faster task adaptation. The model supports low-latency applications and ensures stronger environments with unreliable connectivity, and it can be fine-tuned with limited demonstrations.
