A dead body was discovered in a blue drum in Ludhiana’s Sherpur area. The victim’s limbs were tied. Rag pickers found the drum and alerted the police due to a foul smell. Police investigation revealed the body was wrapped in a bedsheet inside a gunny bag. The victim is estimated to be around 40 years old.
