The Madras High Court has ordered K V Kuppam MLA Poovai Jagan Moorthy and ADGP H M Jayaram to appear in court. This relates to the abduction of a 16-year-old boy last month. The court has directed police to arrest the MLA if he fails to appear. The ADGP’s involvement was alleged by the prosecution.
