Work with Senior Citizens

IAS Sanket Bhondve initiated pension regularization for over 39,000 elderly people at the panchayat level and supported 2,150 senior citizens under the Rashtriya Vayoshri Yojana. Additionally, 11,920 senior citizens were sent on pilgrimages with special arrangements, and seven day-care centers were started for them.

Rehabilitation and Uplift of Differently-Abled People

As Collector of Ujjain District, Sanket Shantaram Bhondve was honored with a National Award in 2015 for his excellent work in rehabilitation and uplift of differently-abled people. He also initiated the creation of “Divyang Anubhuti Park,” a sensory park for people with disabilities.

Marriage Initiatives by Sanket

Sanket Shantaram Bhondve organized district-level functions to solemnize marriages of couples from various religions, providing each couple with a grant of Rs 50,000, Aadhar cards, Jan Dhan bank accounts, and job opportunities in private institutions.

Infrastructure Development by Sanket

Sanket Shantaram Bhondve ensured obstruction-free ramps in all government offices in Hoshangabad district and worked on ambitious projects like Bharatmala Pariyojana to improve road connectivity.
