With this, Gill has become the fourth Indian captain to be invited to watch Wimbledon action from the Royal Box. Gill has spent some time away from cricket in recent times, attending the British Grand Prix, his first-ever Formula 1 race as a VIP guest. He would be in action in India’s ODI series against England that starts on 14 July.
