SDM Dhanger said action is also being taken against buildings where other commercial activities are being run along with coaching institutes and where adequate fire safety arrangements are not in place. Some restaurants, museums and other offices were also sealed. Officials said the safety of students is the top priority. They clarified that strict action will continue against negligent institutes and buildings. Relief will be granted upon implementing fire safety arrangements SDM Dhanger said the administration has clarified that the purpose of sealing is not to permanently close institutions, but to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Building operators will have to give an affidavit assuring that they will install necessary fire safety equipment and security arrangements within 15 to 20 days. Sealed buildings will reopen after submitting documents After the prescribed procedure is completed and safety standards are complied with, the concerned buildings and institutions be allowed to reopen.
