Madhya Pradesh is expected to receive the southwest monsoon between June 18 and 19, bringing relief after a significant rainfall deficit across much of the state. Bright sunshine expected in several regions The IMD has also forecast intense sunshine in districts including Indore, Ujjain, Shajapur, Agar Malwa, Rajgarh, Neemuch, Mandsaur, Ratlam, Khargone, Barwani, Dhar, Alirajpur, Jhabua, Damoh, Jabalpur, Katni, Umaria, Shahdol, Maihar, Satna, Rewa, Mauganj, Sidhi, and Singrauli, where hot weather conditions are expected to persist.
