Dharmendra Pradhan highlights changes since 2013:Cites Modi govt’s achievements in Bhopal; CM Mohan speaks on national security

Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan said that public trust in a democracy is like God’s blessing. Speaking at the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Sammelan in Bhopal, he said Prime Minister Narendra Modi has provided political stability over the last 12 years and that India’s soldiers have shown strength by carrying out direct action against enemies. He said everyone has contributed to the country over the past 79 years, but India can become a superpower in the next 20 years only with the participation of all citizens. Pradhan said the conference was organised to celebrate development, trust and progress. Referring to the political situation before 2014, he said there was an atmosphere of instability and corruption in 2013. He said the BJP government worked with the aim of ensuring development for everyone and claimed that benefits such as housing, water and tap connections were provided without discrimination. Meanwhile, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav criticised the previous UPA government. He said former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh remained silent on several issues and alleged that during that period, soldiers’ heads were cut off and taken away by enemies. Union Minister said – Today there are 338 universities in the country Union Minister Pradhan said that in 2014, there were 723 universities and 36634 colleges in the country. Today there are 1338 universities and 52081 colleges. Then there were 350 startups in the country, today there are two and a half lakh startups. Today the unemployment rate is 3.1 percent, which was more than 6 percent in 2014. 58 crore people have Jan Dhan accounts. Rajiv Gandhi had said that one rupee coming from Delhi would become 15 paise by the time it reached the village. 51 lakh crore rupees have reached people’s accounts during Narendra Modi’s tenure. Earlier, rotten wheat had to be bought from America, and today free grain is being distributed in our country. Union Minister Pradhan said that there was a time when it was said about women that they could only study Arts and Home Science. Today the situation has changed. Addressing the program, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s government has told Pakistan that if they touch one, they will kill a thousand.
