The Cyber Crime Wing of the Police Commissionerate Bhopal has issued a major alert amid rumours spreading about NEET UG 2026. The police have clarified that cyber fraudsters active on social media, Telegram, and WhatsApp in the name of Re-NEET are targeting students and parents. Actually, amid discussions of NEET UG 2026 exam cancellation and re-examination, fake gangs have become active. These fraudsters are trying to trap people by making false claims like “paper leak”, “100% selection”, “advance question paper” and “VIP result”. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has already declared all such claims as misleading and fake. How is the fraud happening?
