On Saturday morning, a 30-year-old woman who went to collect tendu leaves in Umaria’s world-famous Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve was attacked by a tiger. She died on the spot. As soon as information about the incident was received, Tiger Reserve officials and staff reached the spot and started an investigation. This incident took place in the Kudri forest of the Panpatha Core area. The woman was identified as Mamta Yadav, a resident of Kudri.
