Strictness has increased against BJP leaders who ignored Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s appeal for fuel conservation and restraint on vehicle convoys. Leaders who held rallies with large-vehicle convoys in the state have been summoned to Bhopal on May 17. They will be asked for an explanation at both organisational and government levels. The BJP high command in Delhi has also sought a detailed report on the entire matter.
