IPL betting racket busted in Indore:Accused ran online operation from home; also involved in money lending

Indore Crime Branch has caught a young man operating IPL betting. The team raided his house, where he was watching the match on TV and operating betting through two mobile phones. He was doing this work through a website. The team has also obtained information about other people from the mobile phones, whose search is ongoing. DCP Rajesh Kumar Tripathi disclosed the case on Saturday. He said that on Friday, the team had received information from an informer. After this, a raid was conducted at a house located in Dharmraj Colony. Shubham alias Monu Yadav was caught from here. When the team reached his house, he was watching the IPL match on TV and operating betting through two mobile phones. Two mobile phones, one LED TV and goods worth about one lakh rupees have been recovered from him. Use of gaming website DCP said that during interrogation and examination of both mobile phones, it was found that the accused was doing this work through a website. During interrogation, he revealed that he was running betting through Allpanelexch9.co.website. He used to take payment for gaming betting and provide ID and password. Transactions worth lakhs of rupees were also found in his mobile phone, based on which the Crime Branch is conducting further investigation. The accused has studied till 10th standard and also does money lending work. Used to give coins for gaming The team has also learned that he used to provide gaming IDs and passwords to many people in the city for a fixed amount. Additionally, he would facilitate gambling by providing coins for gaming. The team is gathering information about his bank accounts as well as other people involved.
