In Ujjain, a speeding car crashed into a container moving ahead. The collision was so severe that the front part of the car was badly damaged. The car was being driven by Lance Naik Ramchandra. He died on the spot. The accident occurred on Friday afternoon near Padma Khoriya village on the Garoth-Ujjain Highway. According to police, 32-year-old Ramchandra, a resident of Karnataka, was returning to Karnataka from Ambala with his father-in-law Govind Patil (49) in a Seltos car (25 BH 0790L), when the container (HR 55 BB 6454) moving ahead suddenly applied brakes, causing their car to get stuck under the container. Ramchandra remained trapped in the car. He breathed his last on the spot.
