The viral girl from Prayagraj Mahakumbh has filed an FIR under the POCSO Act (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences) against director Sanoj Mishra and three others. The Ernakulam Central Police of Kerala has registered the case and started the investigation. A police officer, on condition of anonymity, said that a case has been registered against four people on April 29. The victim has alleged that when she was a minor, director Sanoj Mishra misbehaved with her during the shooting of the film ‘The Diary of Manipur’. Mishra exploited her by luring her with acting opportunities. The officer said that the alleged incident occurred outside Kerala. This case will be handed over to the concerned police station. According to information, the victim has also recorded her statement before the magistrate. The accused include VHP leader and lawyer Anil Vilayil. Mishra says, ‘Allegations are a well-planned conspiracy’ Meanwhile, film director Sanoj Mishra has called these allegations a well-planned conspiracy. He claimed that he is being targeted for raising his voice on issues like ‘Love Jihad’. Her husband, Farman Khan, has claimed that in such a condition, she cannot travel and cannot appear before the police. According to medical records, she was born on December 30, 2009. At the time of marriage on March 11, 2026, her age was 16 years, 2 months, and 12 days. After this, the administration gave instructions to cancel the old certificate dated January 1, 2008.
