Chennai Super Kings (CSK) legend MS Dhoni is recovering from a calf injury, and the 44-year-old will need some more time to recover from the issue. CSK have not put out an exact timeline on his return, but ‘Thala’, as he is fondly called by the Yellow Army faithful, will be sidelined for at least one more week. CSK have had a troubled start to the season, losing all three of their games so far, and they are set to lock horns with Delhi Capitals on 11 April. Earlier, the franchise posted a video of Dhoni batting in the nets, which gave fans a glimmer of hope that he was returning near full fitness. However, CSK CEO Kasi Viswanathan told Cricbuzz that Dhoni will still need some time before he can play matches. Dewald Brevis however is close to making his return, and he may yet feature against Delhi.
