Chili trader murdered in Dhar:Criminals lock wife, rob jewelry; and flee after brutal attack

In Sardarpur, Dhar district, chili trader Devkrishna Purohit was murdered with a sharp weapon. Upon receiving information about the incident, the police, the forensic team, and the dog squad reached the spot. The team conducted a detailed investigation at the crime scene. The body of trader Devkrishna Purohit has been sent to Sardarpur Civil Hospital for post-mortem. After the incident, there is an atmosphere of terror and anger in the village. Upon learning about the incident, several public representatives also reached the spot and demanded the immediate arrest of the accused. According to ASP Parul Belapurkar, the incident is from Gondikheda Charan village. Investigation so far has revealed that between 1 and 2 AM at night, when the villagers were sleeping, the criminals entered the trader’s house with full preparation. The criminals first locked the trader’s wife in a room. After that, they attacked Devkrishna Purohit.
