A major road accident took place on Thursday afternoon on the Ujjain–Jhalawar National Highway when two cars collided head-on while trying to save a cyclist. The entire incident was captured on the dashcam of a car following behind, and the video is now rapidly going viral on social media. Three people travelling in an Alto car were injured in the accident and have been admitted to hospital for treatment. The incident occurred in the Makdon police station area at Dabla Hardu, in front of an HP petrol pump, where the car driver lost control after a cyclist suddenly turned, and crashed into an oncoming car in the opposite lane. Cyclist turned suddenly, car went out of control A head-on collision between two cars took place on Thursday afternoon on the Ujjain–Jhalawar National Highway near the HP petrol pump at Dabla Hardu in the Makdon police station area. The accident occurred when a farmer suddenly turned into another lane while crossing the road on a bicycle. The driver of the car coming from behind tried to save the cyclist but lost control of the vehicle and moved into the opposite lane, colliding with an oncoming car. In the accident, Mukesh, Bhagwan Singh and Vishnubai, who were travelling in the Alto car, were injured. All the injured have been admitted to hospital for treatment. The footage clearly shows the cyclist suddenly turning to the wrong side, and the car, while trying to avoid him, moving into the other lane and crashing. During the collision, the airbags of the other car were also deployed.
