A 35-year-old man, Ravi Shakya, died by suicide in Bhind after shooting himself in the neck with a pistol. The reason behind the extreme step is still unknown. Police have launched an investigation. Returned from Hyderabad Five Days Ago The incident took place in Kusmara village on Friday night. Ravi had been working at a hotel in Hyderabad and had returned home just five days ago. His wife had been staying at her parents’ house with their son for the past month and rushed back after receiving the news. Had Gone to Field with Brother According to family members, Ravi went to the fields with his brother Mukesh on Friday afternoon for harvesting. After returning home in the evening, he went to his room. Late at night, he shot himself in the neck with an illegal pistol inside the room. Family Rushed Him to Hospital At the time of the incident, his mother and brother were at home. Hearing the gunshot, they rushed to the room and found Ravi lying in a pool of blood. He was immediately taken to the district hospital. Police reached the spot soon after and sent the body for post-mortem. The family remains in shock. No Suicide Note Found Police said the room was open and no suicide note was recovered. Ravi worked as a food delivery staffer at a hotel in Hyderabad and had come home for crop harvesting. His wife was at her parents’ place following a family engagement.
