Raymond owner Gautam Singhania’s boat capsizes in Maldives:Airlifted to Mumbai for treatment; 2 Indians missing in accident

Raymond Group Managing Director Gautam Singhania was injured when a speedboat capsized in the Maldives. He has been airlifted to Mumbai for treatment, where he is currently under doctors’ supervision. His spokesperson said that Singhania sustained minor injuries and his condition is stable. Local administration fears they may have lost their lives due to the long time that has passed. This incident occurred around 11 PM on Thursday near Felidhu Atoll in the Maldives. According to the Coast Guard, the accident happened about 2 nautical miles from the shore. The speedboat had a total of 7 people on board including a captain and Gautam Singhania. These included 5 Indians, one British, and one Russian citizen. The rescue team is trying to locate the missing Indians.
