Shots were fired in a gang war early Saturday morning in Bhopal. Notorious criminal Lallu Rais’s house in Ashoka Garden was attacked by Shadab Gate and 8-10 members of his gang who opened rapid fire. In this attack, Lallu Rais’s son Imran was shot in the leg. All the accused fled the scene after carrying out the shooting. The injured Imran was taken to Hamidia Hospital for treatment. It is alleged that the criminals also entered the hospital premises and fired shots, causing panic there. The bullets hit the hospital’s windows and walls. Lallu Rais said that they also fired at me in the hospital. Fortunately, no bullet hit me. According to police, the case is connected to the Ashoka Garden and Kohefiza police station areas. Police from both stations have launched a search for the accused. Accused chased him to his house According to Lallu Rais, around 5:45 AM on Saturday, 8 to 10 people, including Shadab, Shaver, Guddu, and Allu Parvez, reached their house in Shankar Garden. It is being reported that the accused had chased his son, Imran, to the house. Accused fired at the son from behind As soon as Imran reached home, the accused opened fire on him from behind. To save his life, Imran immediately rushed inside the house and locked the gate. During this time, one bullet grazed his leg and passed through, causing him injury. Two-year-old rivalry, attack for revenge Lallu Rais says that about two years ago, Imran had attacked Shadab’s brother, resulting in his fingers being cut off. This attack was carried out to take revenge for that rivalry. They run an illegal gambling and betting business According to Lallu Rais, the accused runs illegal gambling and betting operations in different areas of the city. He exposes their illegal activities by making videos, after which the police take action, and their illegal businesses are shut down. This is why the accused wants to kill him. Regarding the incident, ACP Anil Bajpayee says that the matter is being investigated. CCTV footage from Hamidia Hospital is being examined. Further action will be taken after the investigation.
