Along with participating in local programs, he gifted the city an international turf hockey field to be built at a cost of ₹49 crore. CM reached Ujjain helipad around 6 PM, where officials and public representatives welcomed him. After this, he performed the ground-breaking ceremony of the hockey turf field at Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia Sports Complex in Nanakheda. During that time, he had said that international-level hockey matches could be organized in this stadium. CM Dr. Mohan Yadav said that world-class facility grounds are being prepared in Ujjain. Meanwhile, warning the sports officials, the CM said that, both of you are sports officials, make sure there are no shortcomings in the astro turf pavilion and other facilities being prepared for players, check and let me know.
