The class 11 minor student in Bhopal, who is the victim of alleged love jihad, rape and blackmail, has been unwell since filing the FIR. She is showing symptoms of depression and remains deeply traumatized. According to sources, she is extremely frightened, avoids interacting with people, and has withdrawn socially. Her condition worsened to the extent that she had to be hospitalized for 4 days. She was discharged on Sunday. Due to her fragile mental and physical condition, the Special Investigation Team (SIT) has not yet been able to record her statement. Meanwhile, the accused, Maaz Khan, who allegedly filmed the obscene video of the victim, remains on police remand. Despite being taken on remand twice, police have not been able to recover the mobile phone believed to contain crucial evidence. Investigators say the accused is deliberately withholding information to influence or destroy evidence. During questioning, he has given conflicting statements about the phone’s whereabouts—at times claiming he broke and discarded it in Ajmer, and at other times saying it was lost in Sehore. Based on his identification, police have seized four vehicles, including a Thar SUV. A knife was recovered from the Thar, following which additional charges under the Arms Act have been invoked against the accused. Osaf committed rape in Thar, Maj Khan shot video The revelations of accused Maj Khan have shocked the police. He has revealed that Osaf Ali Khan raped the minor in the Thar. During this, he was standing outside. He secretly shot the video. Maj Khan said that I had planned it beforehand. Standing outside the car, he peeked inside through the glass and secretly shot a video. He shared the video. He forced the girl several times to have relations. He even extorted Rs 40,000 from the student by threatening to make the video viral. He used four cars including a Thar. He raped the student at different times and locations in all four cars. Accused is on remand until February 16 365 Gym operator Maaz Khan is on remand with Kohefiza police station until February 16. He was presented in court on February 8. Police are questioning other students regarding rape and blackmailing. Meanwhile, main accused Osaf Ali Khan (19) has been sent to jail. A four-member Special Investigation Team (SIT) has been formed for investigation. Police have also questioned accused Maaz about rape of other students. He has denied committing any other such incidents. Police also say that no other victim has come forward so far. Action will be taken if complaints are received. Student Was Also Pressured for Religious Conversion On February 2, Kohefiza police registered an FIR based on the complaint of a minor student studying in 11th class. The victim had alleged rape in a car in the Khanugaon area, pressure to convert religion, and making and spreading obscene videos. Police arrested accused Osaf Ali Khan in this case on February 3 and sent him to jail. The second accused Maj Khan was arrested on February 8. The black glass Thar used in the incident belonged to Maj. Maj kept several cars to show his influence. He would also lend them to his friends when needed.
