The biggest example of Dr Yadav’s popularity is Madhya Pradesh. While his party not only won all 29 Lok Sabha seats but also managed to snatch two seats from the Congress in the by-elections to three assembly seats.

He is continuously working for the welfare of the last line person through public welfare schemes. He gave continuity to the scheme like Ladli Behna to strengthen the poor and middle class women economically, then he has also taken care of the farmers by bringing schemes like bonus amount on crops, solar pumps. The steps taken so far to make farming a profitable business in an agrarian state can be said to be more practical.

Similarly, efforts are being made to make millions of women associated with them economically prosperous by advancing Self Help Groups. He is trying to create jobs by promoting industrial investment. At the same time, by starting recruitment to vacant posts of government departments, he has also given relief to unemployed youth. The special thing is that Dr. Yadav’s emphasis is more on real work than self-propagation.

“On the parameters of good governance, the situation in Madhya Pradesh can be said to be better than other states.” Which is not possible without the clear vision and strong will of the head of power. Chief Minister Yadav not only accelerated welfare schemes through administrative tightness but also developed methodology of speedy resolution in problematic cases.

CM Helpline is a great example of this. In all such cases, Dr Yadav gave relief to the common man. He is far ahead of his predecessor chief ministers in terms of a strong hold on bureaucracy. They have better coordination with the organisation with power.
