West Indies registered consecutive win in the T20 World Cup 2026 against England by 30 runs and topped the Group C rankings. Notably, for the first time in 10 years, the Caribbean team has beaten England. The last time the Windies achieved this feat was in the 2016 T20 World Cup final when Carlos Brathwaite sealed the victory for his side by smashing four back-to-back sixes. On Wednesday, the English team got all out for 166 runs in 18.5 overs while chasing the target of 197. Sam Curran scored 43 but could not lead his side to victory despite being unbeaten.
