In Chhatarpur, a BJP leader along with his associates allegedly assaulted a young man, threatened to implicate him in a false case, and then forcibly pushed him into a car and took him away. A video of the incident has surfaced, in which the leader is identified as Ashish Raikwar, the district coordinator of the BJP’s Fishermen Cell. In the video, he is seen claiming to be an influential BJP leader and referring to his alleged influence over the police. The exact date of the incident is yet to be confirmed. Kishangarh SDOP Ajay Kumar Rithauria said the police have received information about the matter, but no formal complaint has been filed so far. ‘We are taking necessary action. Whoever the accused is, they will not be spared,’ he said. According to sources, the victim has been identified as Achchu Ahirwar. He was reportedly making a video of Pathar Talab near Bijawar when the dispute began. The argument soon escalated, leading to the alleged physical assault. Ashish: What is this? Put him in the car. Call the car, bring the gun. Victim: Leave me. Ashish: Take out the gun, bring the car. Victim: Leave me. We are not journalists. Ashish: Quiet. Victim: Leave me. Ashish: You are an uncle, stay away. He is making a video and wants to become a leader. Put him in the car. Get him into the car. Victim: I am ready to go, don’t beat me. Ashish: Put him in the trunk. District President’s statement: On the matter, BJP District President Chandrabhan Singh Gautam said that he does not yet have complete information about the incident. He said that first the full details of the matter will be gathered, and only after that will any decision or action be taken.
