A video has emerged of a young man being beaten in broad daylight in Narmadapuram. A youth can be seen brutally beating a person with a belt and kicks. The young man’s anger was so uncontrollable that despite people trying to stop him, he picked up and threw a stone from the road, which hit a woman standing by the roadside. The incident is reported to have occurred around 4:15 PM on Thursday. Kotwali police starts investigating the case After the video surfaced, the Kotwali police have begun investigating the case. Police are trying to find out why the assault happened, who the assaulting youth is, and what the identity of the victim is. The video clearly shows that the youth was completely enraged and had no fear of either the police or society. Attacker repeatedly hit the victim with a belt According to the video, the youth repeatedly hit the victim with a belt and slaps after throwing him to the ground. During this, a young woman can be seen running to try to stop him. Later, some other people arrived at the scene and with lots of difficulty separated the accused youth from the victim. Eyewitnesses say that the victim was mentally unstable and is reported to be disturbed. Given that a young woman tried to stop the accused, there are concerns that the matter may be related to harassment or some kind of troublesome behavior. However, this has not been officially confirmed yet. TI says no complaint filed at police station Kotwali Police Station in-charge Kanchan Singh Thakur said that no written complaint has been registered at the police station regarding this matter so far. Police are gathering information based on the viral video.
