BJP MLA Narendra Prajapati from Rewa’s Mangawan seat has accused that he was attacked. The MLA said that two people abused him. Then they ran to hit him. The incident took place on January 25, when MLA Prajapati’s birthday was being celebrated at the Suranath Hanuman Temple complex in Mangawan. Its video surfaced on Wednesday. In the video, a person is seen continuously abusing MLA Narendra Prajapati with foul language. He used offensive words approximately 30 times within 40 seconds. Meanwhile, the accused also ran towards the MLA. However, MLA supporters present at the spot caught him midway. Currently, the police have arrested one accused. MLA Prajapati said – Accused Rinku Singh and Guddu alias Gadasa arrived at the event heavily intoxicated. They started misbehaving. When I stopped them, they hurled abuses. They also misbehaved with the mothers and sisters present there. He said- If the workers had not caught both the accused in time, anything could have happened to me.
