A 13-year-old karate champion student and her 17-year-old friend died in a road accident at Mohi Ghat in Pandhurna around 8 AM on Thursday morning. The deceased have been identified as karate champion Prachi Bisendre (father Rajesh Bisendre), a resident of Gayatri Colony, and Jayesh Golait, a resident of 11 Kholi. Prachi was a student of Little Flower School and had been a Delhi champion in karate. According to eyewitnesses, the speed of the TVS Apache bike at Mohi Ghat was very high. As soon as they reached the highway, the motorcycle’s speed reportedly increased, leading to the fatal crash.
