On Tuesday morning, a young man was brutally murdered by stabbing in Jabalpur. The incident occurred at Indira Housing in the Ranchi police station area. Around 10:30 in the morning, an unknown youth launched a knife attack on Ritesh Patel (25). Seriously injured Ritesh died during treatment. Police have started the investigation. Eyewitness Priyanka Patel said that the accused came on foot from the back alley and started hurling abuses in front of Ritesh’s house. When Ritesh, who woke up from sleep and came outside, protested, the accused suddenly attacked him with a knife. Upon receiving information, Ranjhi police station reached the spot and started an investigation. Station in-charge Umesh Golhani said that the accused’s Activa has been recovered from the crime scene, based on which his identification is being done.
