Vidarbha and Saurashtra meet in the Vijay Hazare Trophy 2025-26 final on 18 January. The match is set to be played at the BCCI’s (Board of Control for Cricket in India) CoE (Centre of Excellence) and will begin at 1:00 PM IST. Led by Harsh Dubey, Vidarbha had beaten defending champions Karnataka to make it to the final. Saurashtra joined them in the summit clash after the Harvik Desai-led team outclassed Punjab in an emphatic manner in the semifinals. After failing to get past the group stage last season, Saurashtra find themselves just one victory away from a second Vijay Hazare Trophy crown. Ankur Panwar has been Saurashtra’s best bowler in the 2025-26 edition of the Vijay Hazare Trophy, picking up 21 wickets in nine matches. Chetan Sakariya has also played a pivotal role in Saurashtra’s journey to the final, with 15 wickets in seven matches.
