From January 9 to February 6, 2026, 44 matches of the Indian Street Premier League (ISPL) 2026 will be played at Lalbhai Contractor Stadium, Surat. The tournament will open with a grand ceremony featuring 200 dancers, hosted by Anupama fame Rupali Ganguly. Amitabh Bachchan will attend to support his team, while Akshay Kumar is set to make a dramatic helicopter entry. The ISPL at Lalbhai Contractor Stadium will also showcase four players from Surat. The league aims to provide a professional platform to talented young cricketers who hone their skills on streets, housing societies, and local grounds. Players from across the country who play tennis-ball cricket have been selected for the competition. Among the eight teams, Amitabh Bachchan owns Majhi Mumbai, Akshay Kumar leads Srinagar Ke Veer, Ajay Devgn owns Ahmedabad Lions, Saif Ali Khan is associated with Tigers of Kolkata, and Salman Khan owns Delhi Super Heroes.
