A grand film event was held in Rewa on Sunday night to mark the 101st birth anniversary of legendary actor Raj Kapoor. The programme, titled ‘Rewa to Russia Film Festo’, took place at the Krishna Raj Kapoor Auditorium. Bollywood actor Sonu Sood and Deputy Chief Minister Rajendra Shukla attended the event, where Sonu Sood spoke about his struggles and success, and the Deputy CM recalled helping migrant workers during the Covid-19 period. Many people from Rewa were stranded in Mumbai. On someone’s suggestion, he tweeted Sonu Sood, after which people were brought home by buses.
