Cricket Australia has sent a delegation to Lahore before the Pakistan tour to review the security arrangements. It includes an independent security consultant and an official from Cricket Australia. The delegation will visit Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium and the hotel where the Australian team will stay. They will also meet with PCB officials and government and security representatives. The Australian team will tour Pakistan early next year. The team will play a limited-overs series there in 2 phases. The first phase will consist of a three-match T20 series in January. However, PCB has not released the schedule for the series.
