The Narcotics Wing of Madhya Pradesh police busted an illegal MD drugs manufacturing factory in Neemuch district on Friday. Drugs, chemicals, and equipment worth over Rs 30 crore were seized. Three traffickers have been arrested, and a detailed investigation into the supply network is underway. Raiding the factory The operation was carried out under the direction of the Director General of Police, Madhya Pradesh, with guidance from ADG Narcotics K.P. Venkateshwar Rao and leadership of DIG Maheshchand Jain. A joint team of the Narcotics Wing and Neemuch-Indore police raided a house built in a field in Lasudiya Hastamurar village. The raid followed information received from an informant. What was seized Police recovered a large quantity of drugs, chemicals, and equipment from the site: The total market value of the seizure is estimated at over Rs 30 crore. Arrested traffickers Three accused have been taken into police custody: A case has been registered against them under the NDPS Act. Investigation underway Police are now investigating the entire MD drugs trafficking network. They are tracing the supply routes and identifying other people involved in the operation.
