25-year-old woman arrested in Bhopal:Police nab accused near Islami Gate, seizing MD drugs and mobile phone in drug trafficking case

Bhopal’s Teela Jamalpur police arrested a young woman in connection with drug trafficking. The accused, Aksa Khan, was reportedly waiting near Islami Gate for a customer when informants alerted the police. Officers conducted a raid and apprehended her. Drugs and valuables seized Police recovered 9 grams of MD (a white powdery substance) and an Apple iPhone worth Rs 1.52 lakh from Aksa’s possession. During the search, the drugs were found in eight small transparent pouches inside her purse. Suspected contacts in WhatsApp chats Police seized Aksa’s mobile phone for FSL examination and are scrutinizing her call details. Several suspicious contacts were found in her WhatsApp chats, and police plan to summon these individuals for questioning. Connection to Mumbai drug supply During interrogation, Aksa revealed that a close male friend brought drugs from Byculla, Mumbai, eight days ago. Following his instructions, she began supplying drugs and received 20% of the total proceeds along with a personal dose. Police are now searching for this friend, who has gone underground.
