After three consecutive weeks of decline in gold-silver prices, there is a big surge in the fourth week. According to the India Bullion and Jewelers Association (IBJA), gold was at ₹1,20,100 per 10 grams on 7 November, which increased by ₹4,694 to reach ₹1,24,794 by 14 November. On 17 October, gold had reached ₹1,30,874 per 10 grams, which is its most expensive price. Silver also saw a big rise this week. On the last trading day of last week (7 November), the price of 1 kilogram of silver was ₹1,48,275, which increased by ₹11,092 to reach ₹1,59,367 per kg by the last trading day of this week, 14 November. Earlier on 14 October, silver had reached ₹1,78,100, which is its highest price.
