Two members of PFI (Popular Front of India) and SDPI (Social Democratic Party of India) have been granted four-day interim bail by the Supreme Court to attend a family wedding in Indore. The Indore police are keeping a close watch on them during this period. Bail details and wedding attendance According to DCP Krishna Lalchandani, the Supreme Court’s bail order is effective from today and will last until 5 pm on November 9, 2025. The bail allows the members to attend a wedding — one of the members’ daughter’s marriage and the other’s nephew’s wedding. The two members were brought from Bhopal to Indore on Thursday by a police team and were formally handed over at Sadar Bazar police station before being escorted to their respective homes. Police vigil in Indore Given the sensitivity of the case, the Indore police are maintaining continuous surveillance to ensure that there are no security lapses during the four-day bail period. DCP Lalchandani emphasized that although the members are legally allowed to attend the wedding, the police will monitor them closely throughout the event. Bhopal team escorts members to Indore On Thursday, a police team from Bhopal transported the two members to Indore. A large police contingent was present at the Sadar Bazar police station during the handover. After formalities, both members were escorted safely to their homes, where the Indore police will continue their monitoring.
