Flat trading in stock market:Sensex settles below 84,000 mark; Nifty closes flat but in green

The stock market traded flat on 03 November 2025. Sensex settled below the 84,000 mark up by 0.05%. Meanwhile, Nifty closed marginally higher at 25,763.35 points. 14 out of 30 Sensex stocks close in red The stocks of Maruti, ITC, LT, TCS, BEL, Titan, Tech Mahindra, NTPC, HUL, Adani Ports, Bajaj Finserv, Bajaj Finance, Tata Steel, Asian Paints, etc were among the major losers on the Sensex on Monday. Nifty PSU Bank closes nearly 2% higher In the sectoral front, all the major indices barring FMCG, IT and Consumer Durables traded with gains. Nifty PSU Bank was the best performer, rising by nearly 2%.
