Midwest Limited is set to launch its ₹451 crore Initial Public Offer (IPO) for public subscription from October 15, closing on October 17. The shares are expected to be listed on BSE and NSE on October 24. The IPO comprises a fresh issue and Offer For Sale (OFS). Through the fresh issue, Midwest will sell 23.47 lakh shares worth ₹250 crore, while existing shareholders and promoters will sell 18.87 lakh shares worth ₹201 crore through OFS. The company’s promoters,Kollareddy Ram Raghav Reddy, Kollareddy Ramachandra, Kukreti Soumya, and Uma Priyadarshini Kollareddy, currently hold 95.83% stake in the company. The IPO price band is fixed at ₹1,014–₹1,065 per share. Retail investors can apply for a minimum of 14 shares, amounting to ₹14,910 at the upper price band, and a maximum of 182 shares, totaling ₹1,93,830. Allocation details: Allotment of shares will be done on October 20, ahead of the public listing. This IPO provides an opportunity for investors to participate in Midwest Limited’s growth while promoters partially exit through OFS.
