In Katni, a young man, identified as Gagan Bajaj, is fatally stabbed by assailants in the Robert Line area late Saturday night, around 2 AM. She said Gagan was returning home after Durga Visarjan late Saturday night when the accused, at a liquor party at Ajay’s house, stopped him and fatally beat him with a sharp weapon. Madhav Nagar Police Station in-charge Sanjay Dubey said that three accused have been arrested. Ajay Lalwani is also being interrogated based on suspicions raised by family members. Whatever facts come to light, action will be taken accordingly as per rules.
