Former Mizoram Assembly Speaker Lalrinliana Sailo and PWD officials are under scrutiny for alleged misuse of funds allocated for the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana road project between Sialhawk and Ngaizawl. Sub-contractor Romuanpuii Zadeng has filed a complaint with the Lokayukta, accusing Sailo of irregularities.
